    Insert a new bill section to read:                                                                                          
"* Sec. 2. AS 08.80.261 is amended by adding a new subsection to                                                              
read:                                                                                                                           
         (c)  The board may not deny a license to an applicant or

    impose disciplinary sanctions against a pharmacist for making a                                                             
    political statement, including criticism of a governmental agency                                                           
    or information disseminated by a governmental agency."
